Car payment in full, to find on delivery 5 days later on delivery service books were missing. No history of the car no user manual. Promises of 48 Hs , tomorrow, next week, and dozen emails later , still no books. It seemed a serios dealer but customer service and lies moved the happiness of a new car purchase to a bitterness of a disappointment. 10 weeks later and still no books. I wish this was informed before payment. No much I can do now, It feels like a scam.
Car was great but was disappointed to find the rego will end in 10 days from the days I pick up the car. It was not what agreed on. they said they will give me 6 months rego but they didnt put on contract. I remind them that it was not what we agreed but they refused to negotaited. The money already went through so I had to pay another $600 for the rego.
Tweed head service was bad also- my car was part of the recall which require some part to be replace. while there, the dash trim came undone which was an easy glue back, and I ask if they could glue it back? No problem - but someone pressed it too hard caused the trim to snap in half. They offered to have it replace at their cost. Ok great! Then rang me a week later refused to pay for the cost cos they didnt realised it was $400 for 2nd hand ($3000 for brand new) and will not be replacing it nor pay for it. I was furious. Im taking this matter to the ombudsman.
I went to get a used car in Southport branch agreeing to deposite almost 50% in advance but due to financial rejection I couldn’t buy the car. Everything was fine until then but when I asked to refund for my deposit, they are not doing it at all saying “I will do it today” “it will be all settled in 2-3 business days”- third business day was yesterday but till today there is NOTHING. They are just making me keep asking again and again for my own money..

ONE MONTH from purchase this car is UNROADWORTHY. Do NOT be fooled by the "experienced" facade of the team. They will say whatever they can to make the sale and offer help if an issue arose. This is a blatant LIE. Jfrizelle's DO NOT SELL quality-checked vehicles. My mechanic says it was unroadworthy at time of sale, this vehicle was my only source of income. JFrizelle's offered NO acknowledgement of the seriousness of issue. We trusted JFrizelle's Southport to provide an honest and professional service. I should have purchased a bicycle from across the street, it would have gone further
I arranged to bye a car from southport, as they also have a dealership in tweedheads the brought the car down to me, they were on time & nice to talk to. The car was not in selling condition as a famale I must have looked blind to them, they said every manual sounds like that so they drove it into the macanic in there dealership & the coustomer was actually right "me" it was a waste of everyone's time although I seen the bad reviews I ignored them and trust my instincts, I felt ripped of that they were happy to take 10k of me & sell me a car that is clearly not a 100% with high kms. & when I rang up for my deposit the lady was very rude also because I didn't bye the car, asking why I didn't bye it because I don't have that much money to bye a broken car, the sales guys were nice but untrustworthy. I have found a car of a priveate byer & I am happy
