Fery is such a helpful consultant. He helped us from the day of inquiry until the pick up. The whole process in Phil Gilbert Croydon branch is incredibly quick. Everyone is so approachable and so friendly. The location is very handy. They literally made our Easter 2019 perfect! Their office is even open on Easter Sunday! Kudos to all the staff of Phil Gilbert!! I would rate them 6/5 and will definitely recommend.

So I got a call after posting my review here, basically they didn’t address anything I put in my review, and instead transferred me to an answer phone after giving me incorrect information about my car. Currently I was offered $100 reimbursement, and someone addressing my concerns. Result - nothing. Repulsed by the customer service from every angle. If this isn’t resolved within 2 business days I will escalate this and see to the dishonestly and lies being seen to the right way.
