Drove two hours to view, drive, and purchase a vehicle. Salesperson told me vehicle was off site, but would be delivered at 6pm. I left my contact info and was told I would be called if the vehicle arrived early. It was around noon time, so off I went to kill six hours. Having heard nothing, I returned to find the vehicle was now on site. Cool, I thought, let's do this. Walked in and was told by the same salesperson that the vehicle had not been delivered. The car was right outside of the door, which I pointed out. Then I was told the vehicle was sold, and that the buyer had been trying to arrange financing for several days. Bear in mind that I had made it very clear to this person that I was a cash buyer with money in hand, at our first meeting, five and a half hours earlier. At that time I was told he had recieved " a couple calls about the vehicle". End result. Ten hours of my time wasted, basically so I could be a backup buyer in case the other deal fell through. I was NOT informed that there was a deal pending. I was led to believe that I would be contacted when the vehicle arrived, at which time I would be presented the opportunity to examine, test drive, and purchase the vehicle. None of these things occured. The sales person acted like he could not care less about my business. Four good wheels? Maybe. Honesty, integrity, and accountability? None, on all accounts!
Overall my experience at Price Honda was great, very accommodating to my needs, even when I changed my mind and stayed late to help me. I really appreciated that. I felt a bit of pressure when it came to the Warranty and making a decision on that, but I completely understand why it's explained that way. I think it was just late and I wanted to get on the road and in my new vehicle :)

I knew what vehicle I wanted to purchase so, armed with my nerves (it’s been a while since I bought a vehicle) and the USAA Car buying certificate, my hubby & I walked into the Price Honda dealership in Dover. We were directed to Dave Czepukaitis (who taught us how to pronounce his last name coupled with cabbage patch arm dance moves! BTW Dave – I spelled your last name correctly without looking it up) who assisted us with the transaction from start to finish. Dave was professional, friendly, provided us with AWESOME customer service, and most importantly: he was transparent. He took us on a test drive, explained all features of the vehicle we were purchasing, honored the price quoted on the certificate, and showed us (yeah, he turned his monitor so we can see) the payment calculation worksheet.
Once Dave’s part of the process was completed, we sat down with Ricky Havelow (Finance Manager) without leaving Dave’s cubicle. Ricky explained all the other options (insurance, equipment protection, warranty information etc.) to us thoroughly. He was very professional and treated us well throughout the financial transaction portion. By the time we were finished, it was close to 9 pm and we were the only people left in the building. Both Dave & Ricky made sure that I drove home with my new 2015 Honda CRV EX. Well, Ricky said the cashier had left for the day so the vehicle was my receipt. Kidding aside, we were so happy that the transaction went so well and that although it took a few hours, it didn’t bother us because Dave & Ricky made sure that we were satisfied and happy. They are assets to Price Honda and we are glad to have come across such professionals who take pride in what they do. Thank you so much!!!
Another wonderful car buying experience at Price Honda. I needed a second vehicle for my travel to college at Middletown from Felton. Of course, I needed something that was fuel efficient, mechanically sound, and affordable. At first I had my sights set on a used Civic, but I was regretting having to get into a long car loan. Luckily, I met with my trusted car salesman, Mr. Rich Migala, who was instrumental in finding my car need. He informed me that the leasing option was my best bet in achieving my objectives. Rich M. was the salesperson when I bought my 2007 Honda Accord. He provided great support during the 8 years I had that car, so we asked for him when we wanted a new Accord. He was great--willing to sell new or used, answering all our questions or finding the people who could. There were no, "I don't know"s. He ensured we had a fabulous car leasing process for my new baby car. He may be retired when we go for our next car in about 15 years, but he is a really great salesperson. Thanks for a very positive experience.
