Sam was extremely helpful and patient, I spent hours here deciding what car to purchase and Sam was beyond helpful and patient, without a doubt I had a great experience and extremely happy with my purchase!

Sam Melki and Lou Floros did an amazing work making me feel this is jot about the car but about a ling time relationship. I am not an easy customer. I ask alot of questions and check all the details again and again. I came into Acura as a recommendation from a friend without a lot of research about the types of SUV. Although the packages and upgrades were confusing a bit and It took me some time to understand what I get in each level, Sam and Luo did an amazing job helping me understand them. That's without making me feel like they are playing games or being sleazy - trying to convince me I am getting what I want in a car I dont want. (I looked for cars in a couple other dealerships) I am excited and love the car, the outcome and the experience! Would defenetly recommend McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago to F&F and to work with both Sam and Lou on their new car.
