I just wanted to say that I am extremely please with Toyota of Riverside, both with the customer service and the vehicle! Since the first date I contacted the team, whenever I had questions, the manager, Mo Elsayed was always happy to answer my concerns immediately with patience. After I bought the vehicle, the fleet director, Nick Hassan, sent me the status of my vehicle regularly and provided me the EST as quickly as possible so I felt comfortable with my purchase. It is almost impossible to find this level of survive now. Both of them deserve a 5-star review. If I am going to buy a vehicle again, I will definitely go to Toyota of Riverside again!

Nick was amazing with helping me get the exact vehicle I wanted. Even when similar options were available sooner he never pressured me into changing my mind in what vehicle I wanted. The staff made the whole process smooth and we felt very comfortable with waiting for the paperwork to be completed. Overall our experience was amazing and we will definitely send family and friends their way!
