This is my second vehicle from Thorp Plumstead facilitated via Kyle. Kyle is very efficient and his communication is superb.

Kyle was really attentive and took me through the entire delivery process, even gave me a run through of all the vehicle features. Michelle in finance also aided in my experience being seamless and satisfactory. Really great team at Thorp Haval Plumstead. Would certainly recommend.

My Parents and I have always been Toyota fans due to their reliability over the years and Brand name, however after me continuously having issues with every car I've bought from them, the last was a RAV4 GXR Spec, the time came after their distasteful service to change Brands altogether and thus I phoned Thorp in Plumstead and spoke to Kyle. it became clear very quickly that he was not "just a Salesman", he was going to be someone we could trust. Majority of business these days are brilliant at taking your money and once approval has been received, like Toyota South Africa, they are not interested anymore because they have your money. This was not the case with Thorp and especially not the case with Kyle, he has been, and remains brilliant and both my RAV and Parents RAV were traded in and we bought two Hybrids and its been phenomenal driving ever since.
