My initial enquiries for a new RAV4 commenced with Greg Hochuli, General Sales Manager who then handed over to Stephen Buckley, Sales Consultant, to finalise the purchase. Both Greg and Stephen were fantastic to deal with. Stephen then kept me fully informed of the delivery of the vehicle and when it came to the day I collected my new car, Stephen spent more than an hour with me to ensure I was I shown all the vehicle features before I drove away. I couldn't fault my CMI West Tce experience.
