My 4th vehicle from Cochran and no doubt will be my last . After arriving at 7am this morning for an ongoing issue with xm radio factory defect was told my radio was only warranted to 36k miles not the 100k i was SOLD with the car. As dealerships continue to lose sales to the internet you'd think that honesty would be a priority for cochran but this is mot the case like all major dealers the practice of dishonesty and deception in the service departments is par for the course these days. I can truly give documented examples as the auto industry goes so goes America you could say .I'm 52 years old and by this i mean you can see the lack of integrity in the pursuit of revenue in these service depts for example in today's technology filled world Cochran wouldn't have a copy of a customer warranty on their massive computer network. Seriously? Any how very disappointed in cochran from Chelsea in the finance and WARRANTY PUSHING to the dishonesty and deception practiced by the service dept6.I'll never purchase another vehicle from cochran and i better empathise with the younger folks who have lost faith in the American corporate world No wonder
Don, was wonderful, from the first time walking into the dealership, in November, to research and test drive a Hyundai Elantra value edition, to May when it came to time actually make the purchase. One call to Don, put him to work, to get the exact color and trim of Elantra I wanted. I called him on Tuesday, to make an appointment just to get numbers and trade in, Instead Don said he would have the car I wanted there so I could take it home that same day. Don even remember, the color and trim I wanted from when I first worked with him in November. Don even keep in touch over the week, to get some more to try to get me the best possible price for the car. Since I got new insurance I need the VIN number from the car before I came to the dealership, Don even called me at 9:15 PM on a Thursday to give me the Vin number, and to let me know, they were going out to Ohio to get my car. Once I go to the dealership on Saturday, I was in and out in two hours. He even took the paperwork for the trade in outside so my grandfather could sign it since his name was also on the car I traded in. Don show me how to work the new car, he even adjusted the sound setting to make it good. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Hyundai to come see Don as he is top notch and very professional. When it time to buy my next Elantra I will be back to see Don.
#1 Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville made the car buying experience easy and stress free! All of my concerns and questions were addressed with no feelings of pressure to make a decision. The sales staff wanted to help find an SUV that was the right fit for me.
Victor and Pat were just phenomenal people and so easy to deal with. When I thought a deal couldn’t be made they pulled through and really helped me out. Cochran had me as a first time customer and will continue to have me as a customer due solely to Victor and Pat’s awesomeness. Thanks again!
