Slimy shady people. Set up appointment to purchase car. Drove an hour one way only to be told they just took a deposit over the phone while I was waiting for the sales lady to get keys.... then told me thats how the game is played.... I asked the sales lady why didn’t she let me put a deposit down and was told she never dreamt that would happen.... incompetent is what that’s called. They turned away a customer that made an appointment 2 days in advance and showed up early to purchase the vehicle for some one one who put a deposit over the phone!

We just purchased a new Toyota Highlander from Gregg Blymiller. Gregg was the entire reason we purchased from Diehl. He was honest, professional, knowledgeable and transparent... which was a refreshing change from the previous experience at other dealerships.
