Our experience at Day Toyota was one of the Best experiences we have ever had buying a vehicle. We started looking online for a new vehicle, not sure what we wanted or where we were going to buy. Out of all the dealership websites that we looked at Day Toyota and Ted Marsh was what spiked our interest. He was very timely in responding to us and so professional. He answered as many questions as he could for us online and over the phone. We did not believe that a 4Runner was something we were in the market for until Ted helped us with our many unanswered questions.
When we were ready to come in Ted directed us to Dave Dobbins. When we arrived Dave was busy with another customer. Dave was so professional and introduced himself to us and told us he was with another customer and rather than make us wait he directed us to his colleague Rob Dowe.
From the moment we met Rob we were greatly impressed by his professionalism. He took the time to find out what we had already learned from Ted and what we were looking for that day. He was not pushy and we never felt like he was trying to sell us something. He was very informative on the test drive which after that moment we knew we wanted to purchase a 4Runner. We have 2 small children so it was not easy for us to get there all the time and to spend many hours there so he made that very easy for us. Rob has gone above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable with our purchase and he was able to find us the exact vehicle that we wanted.
We also wanted to personally thank Rob again for being such a great consultant. Even after we purchased the 4Runner, Rob made himself available to talk about some things that still needed to be addressed....not only was he available, he fulfilled his promises and provided us with a great end-to-end purchasing experience.
We will return for all of our future vehicles and highly recommend this dealership, especially Ted, Dave and Rob! Thank you all for a very much!
