Our experience with Keystone RV was very positive. Brandon G in the Sales Dept. Was very easy to work with and responded to any questions we have had before and after the sale. Our orientation was very informative and a necessity as we were first time buyers of a Travel Trailer. Any information we needed outside of the orientation was found in the Forest River Owners Manual. Brandon made some recommendations for towing equipment that was spot-on and made the initial towing setup very easy. Our Trailer tows very well, and I am grateful for the advice. Jennifer in the Finance Dept. was very easy to work with and was able to answer all of our questions. Greg in the Service Department was very knowledgeable and his team was able to correct a stubborn slider quickly so we could get the trailer home and start equipping it. My daughter recommended Keystone/Pete's RV to us, and I'll happily recommend them to others.
