Richie was very knowledgeable about Toyota products and availability of incoming vehicles not yet delivered to the dealership, of which I purchased "a few weeks out 23 Tundra".. that arrived just as he had predicted (even several days earlier). Rich is a very personable individual and is enthusiastic about the product-- and SUPPORT he receives from the entire Priority team, including the owners. This was the second vehicle we purchased through Rich, and I'm sure there will be a third!. W.
