I was in the market for a new car. I had been to 10 other dealerships, however with the pandemic and with every going on new cars were out of stock everywhere. Until I came to priority Toyota in Chesapeake where I met Lester. He was not only able to get me into the vehicle I wanted but made sure it had all accessories I was looking for. Once again Excellent Service. My husband & I purchased not one but TWO Toyota Tacoma's! in 2 days! We did this simply because of the customer service we received, our sales representative Dennis Shetler was amazing 2 days in a row it was extremely hot out both days and this man went above and beyond to get us the truck we wanted! Gave my husband the tour, offered both of us food/beverages, he has an amazing personality and my husband stated he really is great at sales, talks to people, jokes around and made sure we got what we wanted (must be because we are all from Upstate NY LOL) he did have some help both days so let us mention those wonder staff members as well. Mellissa Scanlan in Finance this woman is amazing once again 2 days in a row... she makes financing ENJOYABLE.... Who likes the financing process of any purchase well with her we DID! Dennis and Mellissa you are both amazing... Tom the Truck Manager I apologies in our review on Friday we called you the Finance Manager, but it was you that came out both days Truck Manger Thanked us and made us feel very comfortable.... We love our hats. Tiffanny/Phyllis also amazing they both explained all the extra packages Toyota offers at a great price in addition to the Priority Perks we already receive for life at no cost!!! Anita & the other beautiful lady back in the cafe yesterday... Sorry the napkin I had your name on my husband used to wipe the dirt off his mat in his Tacoma,,,, Men... these ladies paid for our FRAPACCINOS! (They are yummy) we can't express how great the staff at Priority Toyota in Chesapeake is! employees like these you will never have vehicles on your lot. Thank you! we loved the STRESS-FREE experience and 3 hrs each day from start to finish.... AMAZING TIME!! not once but twice! Toyota Keep these employees they work hard and love their job... The minute I walked in Dennis shelter greeted me and we began my search for the perfect truck...he gave me a tour offered me coffee..water..anything..he made my purchase fun and enjoyable...the financial manager was amazing...Phyllis Hunter explained every package to me and answered all my questions....and Melissa Scanlan got us an even better rate plus other perks for us...THE BEST car purchase process we have ever experienced...Priority Toyota you have amazing staff keep them...They are TRULY amazing.....Thank you ALL...and We love my truck

Well what can I say! David Mendez is the best!!! I am a few months late with this post, my car was purchased in August of 2020, but I had to come and tell everyone if they go to priority to please ask for David Mendez. He was and is a fantastic salesman. He never rushed me into just picking anything like some salesman do or made me feel like I had to take a particular vehicle. David first ask me what were my interests in a vehicle, not only did he listen he also wrote down notes about my interest. I told David that I had seen a few used cars on the site but the one I wanted they did not have. I was also afraid I would not be approved for anything. After David worked and worked and talked with his boss he finally came back and told me that I was approved to drive out of here with a car. Not knowing at the time that I would be in a brand new 2022 Toyota Corolla. Yes I was in awe and so was my mother. A brand spanking new car. I have never had a new car nor have I ever been approved for one. And I did cry with tears of joy! David put in work, he definitely did. David would be one I recommend to everyone. As long as Mr. David Mendez works for Toyota, I will come see him for another car or cars. Thank you David for going above and beyond. I've never had a salesman like you!! Thank you!

Priorities for life aren’t worth the hassle. They won’t change the oil per the manufacture recommended mileage. Appointments are long lead time and long wait time.

Total lack of customer care.

The service department is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. The customer relations department does not respond to complaints except in the comments of poor reviews that they received on websites.
