I had my car fixed here about two months ago. Car ran great until yesterday. I was experiencing the same exact problems. I just wanted to trade it in and be done w it. Dumb me went in with out a male. The sales guy told me he’d give me under 5k. That was laughable! It’s worth 15k! He told me it probably needed a new motor or head gasket and that they’d probably just send it to auction . At that point I knew they were trying to take advantage thinking that a dumb girl would fall for it! I told him I’d just walk. I took it over to the service department and it was a measly spark plug which they fixed two months ago. Looks like another dealer will get my service and I’ll get the money out of my car that is reasonable and honest Don’t trust these guys. Especially if you’re a woman and alone!
