WALK AWAY - MY REGRETS - HONEST FULL REVIEW OF BUSINESS EXPERIENCE AND TIPS BEFORE SIGNING PURCHASE - SAVE MONEY, TIME, AND ENERGY If possible, do NOT buy from this dealership or trust the sales department. The sales department has been deceptive and have engaged in illegal practices. I regret working with this dealership, buying this vehicle, am left to pick up the pieces of a bad decision, and am wasting my time and energy in trying to resolve the issues I have been experiencing. SAVE YOUR MONEY: $1868.30 to be exact! ($1742+7.25% tax) or $1104.40 if you do GAP somewhere else. Depending on how you finance and cost, that’s 2-3 or more car payments saved! Yay! :D - REFUSE the OPTIONAL $499 Theft Deterrent - They will have you initial a section, "the purchase of this limited warranty is OPTIONAL and is NOT REQUIRED" to purchase the vehicle. I was told by, Managers, the paperwork office, and sales rep. that it was not an option to refuse. This was a LIE. If you have comprehensive insurance you’re already covered, not just for 5 years, and you will typically have an allotment given to you for recovery anyways. CANNOT be cancelled if they provide you with the TERMS & AGREEMENTS after signing, apparently. Luckily, I was not provided with the terms & agreements which worked in my favor. A practice which is ILLIGAL, so I got a full refund. I also had to demand that the tax I paid was returned as well, which they normally wouldn’t do, but they broke the law, not me. -REFUSE the OPTIONAL $199 CLEAR GUARD/DEALER INSTALLED ACCESSORIES - A document they will try and get you to sign states "the purchase of any of these accessories is OPTIONAL and is NOT REQUIRED to purchase/lease the vehicle". Even if installed, it is not your problem they installed it beforehand. I was also told by managers, the paperwork office, and sales rep. that these were NOT optional to refuse. This was another LIE. My regret for not being vigilant and refusing and standing my ground. -REFUSE the "Free Oil Changes" - $149 - They will LIE to you and say that you are getting 3 free/complementary oil changes for your vehicle for your purchase. They are not free. It is charged to you as a PREPAYMENT – You have 60 days to cancel for a FULL REFUND. Luckily, I reviewed my charges and paperwork and cancelled immediately. I can do it cheaper myself and have it full-synthetic. AutoZone anyone? They are going to honor the original terms of the agreement after refunding me as a form of compensation for the grief I'm dealing with. -REFUSE the $895 GAP (if the credit union you finance with offers it). It is typically better at a credit union than the dealership AND it may be cheaper - UFirst credit union does it for $699. I was also ILLIGALLY not provided the TERMS & CONDITIONS for several document I signed, and it was like pulling teeth to get them. My vehicle was supposed to have been serviced and checked for damage – AC has been intermittent following purchase – Never made sure to check all fluids and charges before selling the previously HONDA Certified vehicle (which was removed to lower the asking price)? It blows hot air when it should be cold, a problem I’m experiencing on and off as I drive. I’m having a recall performed on the seatbelts and the AC issue checked and it’s on my dime to rent a vehicle from them ($40 a day!) to fix an issue existing, but not discoverable until after purchase. Additionally, I discovered that the trunk metal on the back of my vehicle has been cracked all the way through from before purchase! The haul damage was not reasonably discoverable as the rust had been cleaned off, the lighting was poor, and it was in an unusual spot. Now I show a rust damage stain coming from the crack (which is how I discovered it) and a bubble under the paint on a car I regretfully purchased 30 days ago. That is some VERY EXPENSIVE damage to be glossed over for the inflated price I paid. If not repaired, it will cause a larger hole and failure of my trunk. To say I’m angry is an understatement.

PLEASE READ: We leased a Honda Accord for three years - loved the car BUT when deciding what to do about replacing it, my elderly husband took the leased car in for an oil change and mentioned we may buy it out or select another model - we weren't quite sure. Because of this, a salesman met with my husband. He had my husband initial and sign paperwork so that when we had decided what to do, the paperwork would be ready to go. Stockton 12 planned to contact my husband the following day to see what we had decided. The next day Stockton 12 was unable to reach my husband by phone and they made the ASSUMPTION we would be buying our lease out. We did not authorize any loan. Stockton proceeded to take the paperwork and process with Chase Bank our financing arrangements. Meanwhile, we had decided to go another route with a car and had NO idea about what Stockton Honda did until we were notified that we owned that leased car and to turn it in we needed to pay off the loan they had established. They had also added every item they could to the purchase price (warranties, etc.). We were informed by them that we could not get out of the Chase Bank loan they had set up and there was nothing they could do except remove the warranties from the loan which ended up being approximately $4,200! We proceeded to go to Mark Miller to purchase our new vehicle. They were wonderful and able to get us out of the Chase loan that Stockton 12 said could not happen. Unfortunately, we did have to pay approximately an additional $3,000 to do this which has has hurt us financially. This was a dishonest attempt from Stockton 12 to make a sale and we are paying for it. In talking to others we have heard that this is typical. We are the unfortunate elderly victims of this scheme but would like everyone to be aware when working with this dealership. BEWARE! The England's

We came back to buy a second car from this dealership because the first time around they did a good job and treated us right. 2nd time around couldn't have been a worse experience. 3 main points that will make you think twice about purchasing from them... 1) OVERPROMISING, UNDERDELIVERING (AND ALL THE LIES ALONG THE WAY): We bought an 18' Accord from Jason. Apple car play was big deal for us He assured us that Apple carplay was included in the LX model. We didn't have any reason to question him because he talks like he knows his stuff, and we trusted it. After we finished the paper work with finance for the car, we got all our stuff out of our old car and into the accord and lo and behold, this model does NOT have AppleCarplay. (We will be test driving cars with iPhone cords to make sure we get it right the next time) Jason assured us that this wont be an issue. That he "will get it taken care of", and for our troubles, he would also get us some wheels for the car that he had back home, because we were passing up a sports model that was 1k at another dealership, to buy from him (we trusted him). He told us that and we were on our way, thinking that we would get taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. Little did I know I was being lied to my face. In the few weeks after the purchase, I was in constant communications with Jason, and he would tell me "I'm on it" or "still getting "my guy" to look into this" to install apple carplay. Basically he kept telling me and my wife what we wanted to hear. I did my own research and found out that Apple carplay is not possible on the LX right now. It was extremely disappointing. But at least I'll get some wheels to make up for it. So I texted Jason about the wheels, and he would tell me and my wife to come to his house on his days off. We would schedule times to come by and then he would stop texting and ghost us, never giving us an address or time to stop by. We ran into him at the dealership last week because they were checking some noises out on the Accord, and he once again, fed us excuses and lies. He told us he would send me picutres of the wheels and that we could pick it up that Sunday. I never got pictures after asking for them and he never responded when I asked what time he wanted to to come by. I have texted him 4x with no response, after the fact that he said "hes not avoiding me". needless to say, Jason, you lost a customer and I hope I can help others save the hassle of buying from you. 2) FINANCE WILL DO EVERYTHING TO SELL YOU UNESCESSARY WARRANTIES: This one was on us for not reviewing the paper work, but once again we had no reason to believe we were being lied to. We had agreed on an out the door price with a term with Jason. We saw the loan and term come on 5k higher and 12 months longer than we had agreed. Turns out, the finance manager changed the term so that our payment stayed about the same that we had agreed with Jason, but 5k more on the loan. The finance manager did a great job at " getting us in and out as fast as possible" so that we overlooked vital paper work. I have since gone back and cancelled the warranties, but it was like pulling teeth with multiple unresponded texts, calls, and emails. I had to actually go into the dealership to actually get the finance manager to talk to me! 3) MANAGEMENT DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE: To top it off, Shane Parrish responded to this review told me to call him... for PR of course because I have left 5 VOICEMAILS for him, and he has yet to call me back. I honestly can't believe how unprofessional and poorly this whole situation has been treated.
