I've been using Body Balance for nearly 5 years. I'm in my sixties and just recently lost my beloved husband. The amount of stress that has been laid upon me has been more than I thought anyone could endure. I went 3 weeks without taking Body Balance because I was in shock over my husband's tragic accident. I couldn't eat properly and remembered I hadn't been taking my Body Balance, something that my husband did a lot of research on before he bought it. Within 2 days of restarting it I felt a difference. It along with my faith helped me get through the very worst time of my life. Taking Body Balance took care of my body, God took care of my soul when I couldn't. The liquid form helps at an older especially to get right into our systems. Pills in the past made me nauseous and never felt much or little difference. I hope you give this lifelong way of living your best a try. Thank you for reading this. God bless you.
