Wade Heating and Cooling

This regarding to replace the motor of Goodman furnace. Service was quick and professional. However, I'm not happy with the charges. You charged $45 for warranty processing fee for the motor which is was justified at all. Secondly, the labor charges is $52.50 for 10 minute work in addition to the diagnosis charges of $99.95. Just imagine, just to replace a motor under warranty, I had to pay around $200. Do you think this is justified? I'm sorry, I'm not happy with this accelerated charges.

Wade Heating did exceptional and very efficient work. They installed a new furnace in my home today. I will use their company for any future problems I may have. They deserve a 10 Star!!!!

Everything went as planned. Installation crew was efficient, friendly and hard working.

The HVAC installers, Steve and Scott were professional and answered all my questions and made sure the unit was where I wanted it , as well as all the lines. They took all the time needed to make sure the unit was working to its optimized performance. All work was neat and clean. I would highly recommend Wade for all HVAC needs based on my experience, its hard to find the right people anymore who take pride in their profession. I will be using Wade Heating and Cooling in the future.

Happy with everything so far. They provided a consult and in the same morning an estimate with two options. Installed a week later. Both technicians were polite, answered questions and cleaned up after the installation. Most importantly the house is cool again.

I could not be happier with our experience with Wade. Wade installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit for our first and second stories, and a ducted ductless unit for the third floor. It was a big job that took six days, but from the initial in-home consultation with Lonnie through the install process with Ryan and Scott, everyone was pleasant, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. We had three other HVAC contractors come to our home and submit proposals, but from the very beginning Wade was clearly the most knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Wade to anyone needing any sort of HVAC service. Thank you to Lonnie, Ryan and Scott for all of your great work!
