I couldn't be more thankful to Alan Mance and their team especially Artur and Leo who really looked after me and made the end to end process of purchasing the new Captiva shown in image here very smooth and really satisfactory. I would highly recommend Alan Mance, especially Artur and Leo to anybody for their new Holden car purchase.

Ordered a new HSV SportsCat from Alan Mance. Whilst the sales man is a gentleman and he knows their products well. I have to say very disappointed with their post sales customer support. Just terrible. Prior to the sale, they took care of things which changing the stickers etc. Post sales the Car came with a dent on the door, and a TPMS warning, which they did fix so that was good so happy with that. Issue: However they damaged the nice AP Racing Calipers when they swapped the wheels as part of the purchase and the sales man tried to flip it off as a stone chip from just driving home 10kms way. I'm sorry I've done years of automotive painting and that chip on a powder coated caliper was caused when they swapped the wheels they have hit the edge of the caliper and damaged it in doing do. Instead of swapping the caliper from one of their demo cars they decided as the sales man said no, which I find very wrong to say no to a customer especially when they have caused the damaged, they opted to have it repaired. The repair job was terrible and the car now has an ABS fault which I have to go back again to fix. There was also missing parts for the loop plug for the rear tonne lid and also the hard lid has missing paint and has been tried to be touched up. There are other things with build quality with the car but honestly I cannot be bothered with this dealership anymore as they just don’t want to hear from you post sales even if there has been damage caused by them on a new car.

Our salesman Leo, was incredibly polite, extremely helpful and very informative. We weren't pressured into making a decision. Our final decision to purchase the car was helped by the fact that we would want to recommend their services to others as well as come back to the dealership to have the car serviced.

Absolutely appaling with zero customer care. Agreed upon a price gor a used Kia, even have the messages to prove it. Took us a few days to decide as it was just over our budget for a second car for our family. Called to say we would take it on the agreed price. Instead was told that the vehicle had just been sold which we were dissapointed about but understood considering we didnt immediately take the offer. Called back today as the car is still advertised as stock for sale and the sales person didnt realise it was us calling. Was told that it definately is still available and not sold! When we disclosed who was called he back peddled realising his lie was found out of saying it was sold. We said we would be there in an hour to purchase with cash and was told the initial agreed price we have clearly outlined in messages. Instead we were told we would have to pay the full price as advertised! Disgusting experience to say the least@

The service at Alan Mance, Footscray was excellent. The staff were friendly and relaxed. Tyson was super helpful and very thorough explaining everything to me.
