Peter and I found Nick and his team extremely helpful and whilst they conducted themselves in a professional manner at the same time we found the experience both pleasant and enjoyable (we had quite a few laughs with Nick) which made parting with my beloved Veloster easier - my husband couldn't wait to say "goodbye" to his i35 and jump in the new Tuscon. Thanks to Nick it has been a "win - win" situation and we are very happy. Will give more info in a month when returning for a service but are certain it will be all good - we have loved all our Hyundais! Dianne Bowler
