Doug did a great job explaining our new policies to us. He answered all of the questions we had along the way and did not make us feel rushed. It was nice to meet an insurance agent face to face instead of over the phone or via mail/email like we have in the past with other companies. We feel Doug will do everything he can to help us with claims if we ever need to file one.
