On 7th April 2021 we attended the Jeep Southport showroom @1.30 pm which we had a appointment with Ashleigh Parr , we enquired about a 2020 Sting grey Jeep gladiator. Ashleigh conveniently said I have one here in the showroom which I prepared for you ; which we then viewed ( THE ONLY CAR WE VIEWED) we were very impressed with the vehicle and agreed on a deal for a price etc , we put down a deposit on the car we had viewed in the show room displaying 23KMS ( our contract stated 23kms also) Thursday 15th of April we went to the showroom to collect our new vehicle to then be presented with a car which we NEVER agreed on !!! The original car we viewed was still in the showroom and supposedly wasn’t the car we were getting. We never agreed to this ! Upon inspection on collection the vehicle we were provided with had 250kms on the clock , a huge dent in the rear tailgate , rust on the straps at the rear , completely dirty inside and out , scratches on the interior and roof , faded plastics, warning lights on the dash and scratches on the bumper and side of the vehicle. I was angry and spoke to staff about this they were so busy about leaving to go home that they told us to take the vehicle and they will sort us a new car the next business day or have this one fixed , due to having our two small children with us we agreed to return the vehicle to them the following Wednesday. The next day we inspected the car in daylight and discovered it was completely RUSTED underneath on the frame , I was furious I demanded a new car then and then. They then changed their minds and decided that they weren’t going to give us a new vehicle and that they would simply refund us , which was no good to us as we needed the car as a work vehicle straight away , I asked for a new vehicle and they simply refused !!! Since then I have now been asking them to repair the vehicle and damage and they won’t help me at all , even though they stated they would fix the damage to begin with it’s like they have simply changed their minds . I am now stuck with a vehicle that needs repairs in the thousands , I also missed out on the complimentary service because they refused to do it . Save yourself the drama and shop elsewhere ! These guys are crooks and I wouldn’t recommend sunshine automotive group to anyone !!!! I have a media company who are more than happy to do a story on this and it seems to be my only option , it’s no threat it’s a promise , I hope no one ever has to go through this

This is the 4th Jeep we’ve purchased from Gold Coast Jeep. As always, Michael and the sales team over at Gold Coast Jeep (especially Craig) were fully on point. When Jeep delayed the delivery date, Michael let us know immediately and kept us updated. When Jeep raised the price at delivery, Michael honoured the original price. When it was time for delivery, Michael provided heaps of great information. He even offered to help install our soft top. Great team. Highly recommended.

Gold cost service department finally have the good staff . The lady service manager is very professional and following up with her customers . Greeting them , communicate with great knowledge and smile . I will service my vehicle always with them . Thanks gold cost Jeep service Thanks Emma

From start-to-finish, from the phone, to the showroom and everything in between, Ashleigh Parr was absolutely amazing - she was as SUPER EXCITED about our purchase as we were, which made the experience all the more awesome. Ash, Sarah, Ben, Daniel and the rest of team have been absolutely accommodating, friendly, attentive and helpful with our purchase and gave us a great deal across the entire process, from the car, to finance and optional upgrades. We had to wait a little longer for the car to be made but as soon as it was in the country the process was speedy and they were so great about it, keeping us updated every step of the way. The car is packed full of amazing technology (more than we've ever had in a car) and it's such a smooth drive and feels like absolute luxury inside with leather seats and dash, heated steering wheel and seats, and apple play is fantastic. It has assisted cruise control, crystal clear reverse camera, blind spot alerts (lights and a noise whenever someone is coming up on the side) and it even alerts us when we are too close to a car in front. We also had piece of mind knowing buying this Jeep, as it has 5 year unlimited warranty and capped price servicing. As Ash would say, it's a lifestyle, not just a car, and we're super excited to create memories. We couldn't fault this dealership and it's the only place we'd go to buy a car now :)
