I recently bought a new car from Ninh, the whole experience was fantastic! It was the first time I' d bought a new car, so I had lots of questions to ask. Ninh was friendly, professional, patient and very helpful in every respect. He kept me up to date with any changes during the waiting process and made the pick-up and photos experience very meaningful and a lot of fun! (I even nailed the 'Toyota jump' photo the first time lol!) Thanks Ninh, I'll recommend you to anyone I know who's looking for a new car.

i would like to express my gratitude to Ninh for his friendly and professional service whilst purchasing my new vehicle. He really put me at ease as he ticked off all the boxes on what i wanted and expected from my new car. I brite a second hand car from Toyota penrith worst day of my life stay away from Toyota and go elsewhere! The car was under warranty Toyota claims they repaire your car the truth is they Band-Aid the repairs so warranty runs out ! Motor go's on the car rellie convenient for Toyota as warranty rean out on car so the motor costs me $6000 to repair from Toyota. On going suspension issues back and front my husband toke the car to petters Toyota did not fix any repairs so the cost of the car to buy was $12000 motor $6000 and I don't know how much the list of repairs are to fix and know transmission problems. I can't afford repairs or to buy a nother car I'm on a disability pension and could not of come at a better time as I'm needing an operation that will leave me frail and have to rely on taxi. Toyota are happy to take your money but cover up there wrong doings and when you take your car to be fixed under warranty you have to convince them there is something wrong and are rude about it. How can one person do all that damage to a car! The truth is Toyota do not live up to there sender's and rippe there costumers of and don't care.

I was very reluctant to purchase a new car and apprehensive about approaching salespeople; however, I was thoroughly impressed with Emilio's professionalism and kind support. He was an expert in his knowledge of the Corolla Hybrid I was purchasing and said ' if we ever have a problem in the years to come we should contact him and he'd personally assist us'. My daughter was very impressed with Emilio's office filled wall to wall with awards and trophies that are a clear indication of Emilios professionalism. He puts the customer's needs first from the beginning and is a credit to Penrith Toyota. I also enjoyed the finance process where we were supported by Neil, who ended up bending over backwards to support our tricky circumstances. Hi - I was so looked after by Chris at Kingswood Toyota and Krystal/Sharon. I purchased a Toyota Corolla and was well looked after. Chris took me though all the different gadgets and buttons on the car. He was very patient with explaining everything to me on how it works and showed me the advantage in using the button etc. Chris was open to answering any questions I had. I would fully recommend visiting Kingswood Toyota you won't be sorry you went there. Wow what great service.
