Zero Star for Westpoint Hyundai Service Centre Indooroopilly. I booked the Service at 11 AM , went there 15 Mintutes early and handover the keys for car service. I told them I will be waiting in waiting area.... Staff mentioned that Car should be ready by 1230 PM Aroung 1:30 PM When I asked the staff How long still I have to wait because My Car should be ready by 12:30 And Its been More than 1 hour extra and still haven't heard anything ... Then The Staff memeber told me that They still haven't started on my Car and will take another hour or More.................. What a Great Service........ The Staff were very polite though......... But Seriously I am been sitting in waiting room and Staff even didn't bother to update me about delaysssss......... Wasted 2 hours & 30 minutes........ And Left without car service ...

Worst customer service experienced If you are looking for a car dealer that would care for you throughout the sale process, this may not be the place for you. My sister purchased her first car from here and there were a lot of tears. After what we had experienced we were quite traumatized and will never come back or recommend anyone to purchase their car from this dealership again. The sale process was far from smooth and probably the worst customer service experienced. We dealt with the manager after the sale and during the meeting, he promised a deal to apologize about what had happened during our sale process but he never delivered as we never heard from him again. My sister followed up a few times after the meeting but received no response. The only person that looked after us was the finance lady from New Zealand which was only a brief interaction but made a good impression. I am sure there are other good salespeople at this dealership but I strongly advise you to read the reviews beforehand. From our experience, I would highly recommend going to another dealership that you can trust.

Jay was great to deal with, kept me informed all through the purchase right up to a few hours before the vehicle was picked up.

There is much love here for Westpoint Hyundai Sales Consultant: Jay Khatri - and 110% deservedly so. Jay was my contact recently for our 'exploration' of purchasing a new car, specifically a Kona. (We have previously purchased from Westpoint Hyundai back in 2015 for a new i30 Active X via Katie Canning and on that experience I was happy to return.) I say 'exploration' above as we weren't 100% sure IF we could 'do' this ... afford it, justify it, and so on - and for us, there were *many considerations and questions we had to navigate our way through when considering this Kona purchase - it's significant money to us! It's a big deal! - and Jay was very accommodating and respectful of our position. Our 'exploration' saw us tossing this purchase idea out the window completely ... only to 'accidentally' pick it up again at a later date when an opportunistic enquiry with another dealer would yield by surprise the model variant & colour we were ideally seeking = and that saw us back in the game. So the 'win' on this occasion went elsewhere - but to ignore the flexibility afforded to us by Jay, his passive nature and excellent service - would be improper. He strikes me as a decent human being and deserving of all favourable comments and your confidence through my referral in these words. Thanks again Jay.

The experience we had when purchasing our Hyundai i30 N-Line last week was absolutely seamless. Thanks Jay Khatri for making this happen and even responding to a call from us on a Sunday. Can highly recommend Westpoint Hyundai and Jay. Very happy shoppers.

Do not buy from Westpoint Hyundai in Indooroopilly. I placed an order for a brand new Hyundai i30 car with 3 months delivery time...  - I had to repeatedly chase them for updates and delivery dates;  - The fourth month in, I was told they don't have a car for me as the stocktake lost my order; - Since my original car was unavailable and I required a car asap, they wanted to charge me a couple of hundred dollars extra for the wrong color car or the right color but a model up for $2200 extra! Both with an additional 1 1/2 months waiting period; - They could not guarantee I could get the car we originally agreed on if they would order it again, which would take an additional 3 months;  - After getting out of the contract, even the deposit (promised within 7-10 days) was delayed and I had to follow up on it two weeks later, and; - The delay cost me a lot in registration and maintenance on my current old malfunctioning car.  Very arduous and disappointing experience. Poor management and communication, lack of responsibility, dishonesty, and unsatisfactory customer service. Went to a different dealer where there was no problem ordering my intended car with a guaranteed delivery. 

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Michelle when I purchased my new car. Michelle was very down to earth, easy to approach and got me the best deal for the best price. Couldn’t be happier.
