Good customer service when I walked into this dealer with an intent to buy car. I received all the attention, VIP treatments and sweet talks from Sales Agent, General Sales Manager, Business Manager and After Sales Manager. However, this customer service did not continue after I signed sales agreement. 1. I almost ended up buying 2018 built vehicle that was marketed as 2019 vehicle. Check build date carefully. When I realized and raised the issue with GSM, it was rectified. This seems to have delayed the hand-over process. 2. Finance was approved within 1-2 days but I was not informed. Only when I called the Business Manager to follow up, I learnt that my finance was already approved and was ready to proceed. 3. Vehicle was supposed to be picked up on Valentine’s Day, did not happen. 4. I tried calling Sales Agent prior to delivery several times, but no answer or return call, even after messages were left. 5. In the afternoon prior to the delivery day, I was informed by Sales Agent that the vehicle will not be ready until next week because it was in transit. 6. The delivery time was set at 5.00pm together with other vehicles. Poor handing over, rushed through, no social marketing. Could have been better especially if buying $60K vehicle. 7. Do not waste $2000 on ceramic coating, tint and edge protection. After heavy rain the next day, I realized that it does not provide much benefit. Everyone may have different experience but sadly mine was not good. There are better Toyota dealers out there but I hope that things can be improved at this dealership.
