I had a horrible experience with Mossy Honda Lemon Grove. I bought a used Mercedes from this dealership and after a month I realized that the back door has noises. I took it to the Mercedes dealership to get it fixed under warranty but they said something happened to the car and you should immediately take it back to dealership and find out what happened to the car. When I called and made an appointment with the general manager of Mossy Honda Lemon Grove he didn’t show up and he didn’t even answered my calls ( I was driving from Orange County to San Diego and they knew that)...and at the end they said wind might damaged the back door of the Mercedes car!! The manager was so disrespectful also he use to tell me that the general manager will come and then after half an hour waiting I found out he was in his office and the manager was lying to me the whole time. I have never been disrespected in this way in my whole life. I’m a therapist and I deal with people’s life and they waisted so much of my time and kept telling me that the general manger is so busy and after hours of making me wait and lying to me about the location of the general manager. They first were saying he is not here in the office, then after half an hour they would say he is in his office and he is talking on the phone after 45 min they would come and tell me again that he left his office and he is gone for today... I put my faith in the hands of Mossy Honda Lemon Grove dealership and they disappointed me and disrespected me to the level that I have never experienced or even heard in my whole life.

Guys stay away I love honda as a brand I have and still owned 5 Honda's. I just got a 2016 Odyssey Touring Elite. Used vehicle sales guys was super enticed to tell me all about it. Had a for a day and realized the brakes are too long and the Ebrake doesn't work. The truck and side doors dont work. Bought it back they said it was fix. I got the vehicle and the Ebrake still wrong and doors dont work after a day. So I when back after about 5 times of doing that they finally decided to change the brakes they said routers were bad too no wonder it shoock. Still they said doors have no issues. By now I have only drove the car 3 times and there was always something. Second issue doors so they dont open how am I supposed to get the kids this happen if I didnt drive the car every day so I took it back to service. Finally they found the problem but wait they want to charge me a deductible WHAT??? by mindfull it only took them a month I bought the car July 28 and the car still on the shop. Thia whole time noone offer me a loaner. I am an easy going person always thinking people will do the right thing and I dont like taking advantage of the system. BUT NOW my husband doesn't want the vehicle he feels with a good reason that the car is unsafe for the kids. I asked the dealer if they will work with me on taking the car back. They prettier much told me to F...myself. GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE. Take it from me make sure you do your homework on the dealerships or you might just end up like me with a loan over 30K and a lemon. I guess now my only source is looking into legal actions.
