What an absolute joke this place is. DO NOT BUY FROM MOSSY NISSAN OCEANSIDE. My wife and I placed a deposit of $1000 in order to guarantee a 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro-4x. After waiting almost a whole month for this vehicle, we finally got the call from their manager that they had the truck for us. After setting up an appointment to get our truck the same day, not even 3 hours later they sold our truck to someone else. No phone call or anything to let us know the truck was sold. When we showed up to our appointment, that's when the manager told us the scenario that they had already sold the truck to someone else. Not only were we lied to by them, but they failed to call us and inform us before we drove all the way to the dealership. After trying to figure out what happened (he didn't even know what to say), the manager blamed our salesman who WASN'T EVEN AT WORK TODAY saying he should of called us. IF YOU CALLED US TO TELL US THE TRUCK WAS THERE, WHY CANT YOU CALL US BACK? Once this all was over my wife and I requested to speak to the General Manager. The level of customer service he had with us was absolutely atrocious. His exact words after I mentioned leaving a review was "Go ahead, I'm the one who will be replying to it." I will never take my business to Nissan ever again, let alone the MOSSY NISSAN OCEANSIDE location. For all future customers reading this, let this be a forewarning that this place is money hungry, and their management will stiff anyone in order to get a sale. The level of customer service the GM had was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Went today for service of my Nissan Altima today at 7:00AM sharp, and handed over car to service department and expanding call from them in 2 hours followed by confirmation of things need to be done, but got call after 5 hours around 12:30 AM and total service cost around $1400 dollars, I was shocked and out of the around $400 service they performed without calling me that service department guy said, and he said I confirm that, but I was expecting call from them, while singing those paper i asked that guy this is final then he said, we will give you call to confirm before doing after inspection. When I raise those concerns, then he Service Manager got involved and all miscommunication happening, saying something else and doing something else. Not even bother to check the Washer Fluid, when I raise that he said they did inspections, and he seems to claim that, its broken I spent most of the day calling these guys to sort out the issue but no one really care... I had to go another service center to check what is wrong, they did nothing and it started working. Horrible experience today wasted my whole day dealing with all at the end when taking delivery at 5:00 PM not filled washer fluid at all and the service manager has no issue on that even did not care. Do not recommended the Nissan Mossy Poway. They do not communicate clearly don't give clarity. Over priced all the services. Ended up paying $500+ Dollars for service which was not budget from their suggested one ( $1400 approx).
