TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Called the week prior and advised our Golden has a nervous personality. Told I could drop her off before 10am and she’d get done without spending the day. At drop off the following week the girl didn’t even greet Bentley. Took her by the collar and pulled her behind the counter. I again told her how she was nervous and she stated she would be the first one done by her groomer at 9 am. She then asked if we wanted her stomach hair cut and I stayed l, no just trip around her pads and private. Repeated this twice! When I didn’t hear from them in a couple hours, I called. They stated she would be done soon. They finally called at 1:20. Upon pick up we saw the groomer had cut her wings off the backs of her legs. Anyone that does grooming for a living knows you do not cut a Goldens wings off. We will never use this place again!
