I came here with so many issues, I owe money on my car, didn’t have a lot of money to put down, couldn’t afford much….but all of this was taken care of and I’m so freakinnnn’ happy right now!! I honestly didn’t think I was going to be able to buy a car with all the odds against me, but this dealership and Danny (my salesman) took such good care of me. They were honest about everything from the beginning, and I couldn’t be any happier, please give this place a chance on your next vehicle search, you will not be disappointed!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. you will just waste your time and money there. There is no minus rating option available here otherwise i would have given them that. WORST experience with them. Trash service and sales team themselves have lack of information and knowledge. Rude while following up for update on my payment. First they confirmed everything with bank, got approval of loan and handed over key of a car to us and then after 18 days (12th March 2021 to 30th March 2021) they asked for more money (e.g. $ 4000 more while i had paid $2000 as a down payment already) or else asked us to give the car back. while asking for an explanation they blamed us for credit score but in that case why we got the key at first ? and why they took 18 days to get back? We decided to give the car back but the sales person said he wont be able to give the down-payment money back right away but he will give the check in couple of days. They made us wait 15 days to get the money back because he said signing authority is not available. They gave me $ 1100 back from $ 2000 down payment i made. They deducted $ 900 which is very unfair. When we requested him for more, they gave $ 250 more which they said was for prorate payment. they charged $ 500 for restocking fee and $ 150 for the miles i drove the car. i understand $ 150 charge but why they charged us $ 500 restocking fee? You got the approval first and then you gave us the car then why we got charged for restocking ? Name of the sales person we had worst experience with is Chris Duplancich, he was having zero knowledge about the car and he didn't even try to give us any other options in car also he was just pushing us to get the extended warranty of $ 2000. 

I bought a used van here first they lowballed my trade in claiming they were going to wholesale it. It was a 2017 Bolt with 43K miles. It's now for sale on their website for 7k over what they gave me. They were far from transparent with their negotiations typical used car salesman smoke and mirrors. However, I do like the vehicle I bought which is why this is two stars and not one. If The Car Store in Aurora had what I was looking for I would've been shopping there hands down they're straightforward and easy to work with everything Mcgrath Kia was not.

Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Lies from the start. Hidden fees, fake advertised internet prices to bring you in. Literally avoid this dealership at all costs. I don’t know how anyone who works there sleeps at night taking advantage of people who don’t know any better. It literally makes me sick that there are dealerships like this and people actually buy from them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! George wont give any real answers and Zack lied to me saying he would get me numbers and then told me he cant. This company give you the run around and wastes your time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

Terrible sales and management team.Lie to u from the beginning to the end.I wouldn't suggest buying a vehicle from here.

Garrett and Cody made it a great experience, it was fast and easy and I didn't feel like was under any pressure, they knew exactly what I wanted, they were also very funny and didn't act like they were just trying to sell a car, they connected with me on a personal level and made me feel comfortable purchasing my first car!
