Cranbourne Toyota

I had been looking for a Hyundai Tucson for ages and was surprised to find the exact one I wanted at Cranbourne Toyota. I was looked after by a young sales consultant Nicole, me being in my 70's thought unfairly what, would she know about cars, especially a car not being a Toyota, well she blew me away with what she knew about the Hyundai and explained it all, which half of it I registered at the time. Very Impressed with her knowledge and professional approach. I was also looked after by Kloe who organized all the extras I wanted, Cam Recorders etc. without a hitch. A great team of professionals and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to family and friends. Well, done and thankyou again for my dream car.

Onur from the start was friendly and helpful, offered me options and showed me vehicles that met my needs. His knowledge of the fit out of vehicles that were not toyotas was excellent. After making my choice i was walked through the process that would follow. All considered the experience was smooth, trouble free and non stressed.

its my first visit to Australia and it was dreadful to purchase a vehicle with out PR/ lots of documents . They made my dream come true with in 3 working days as hope to fly away with my car tomorrow. It was a tremendous service given by them as I felt it was really friendly and safe environment. 3 周前 新 Fantastic customer service, purchasing a new car can be dreadful for someone who isn't the best with cars. But Faaz was nothing but helpful not at all pushy, they actually offered me the best deal and found me the right car to benefit me and my family for the best. Bought my first car from them and will always continue to buy from Cranbourne Toyota and not to mention the customer service has just blown me away. Will forever be loyal to Cranbourne Toyota. Absolute nightmare! Don't even think to service your car here. Unless you want a damaged paint job. l've send my car for service and they scratched the paint job. Contacted the manger named Alex, real nice over the phone until she sees my skin colour. She asked me to bring the car and said would bring someone to fix it. Oh she said scratch is pretty deep can't fix, like it's my fault. Just had a look around the car and here goes more dents and scratches. When I asked about it she said her pictures wouldn't pick up scratches so can't prove it. Finally spend money to get my car scratched If they don't care about outside of the car how would we trust if they would do a good job inside. Don't waste your time taking it there look for another place.
