BE WARY OF THIS DEALERSHIP.
I looked at a GLS Triton. Felt nothing but pressure to sign a contract. The sales rep (Rozlin) has little knowledge of the Triton product and had no interest in making the deal a positive experience.
DON'T USE THEIR FINANCE.
Marc said he would get me a good deal and pressured me into a 5 yr term with 30% balloon, when I asked for a 7yr term with no balloon at the end (if you pay the loan out earlier it can work in your favour)
I managed to get a broker involved and got a rate 1.5% less than what Marc could, and also on the 7yr term. Then there was there bullshit offer of paint protection.
$900 dollars for a wax job a new car shouldn't need.
I wonder if Mitsubishi Australia are aware that Eastside Mitsubishi believe their paint and clear coat systems are inferior.
After calculating my new finance arrangements, thinking of how they treat and pressure customers, I decided that I wouldn't be taking their GLS Triton.
I wrote a short and polite email to Rozlin explaining I had been offered a much better deal from a local dealership.
I received no response back from Rozlin,
but the same ex demo GLS Triton was back on carsales for $1000 cheaper than when I signed to buy it just 6 days earlier.
Just goes to show I could have been one of their happy customers if they just took a little more care and weren't bullies.
There is an old saying:
If you have a good experience, you'll tell a few people.
If you have a bad experience, you'll tell everyone you can.
Needless to say I got a great deal on a
GLS PREMIUM with all the options I wanted, for a drive away price lower than what they are currently advertising their GLS Triton for.
