When I booked my service I was not advised that it was an early bird time slot and that I needed to drop my keys off in a box. When I arrived at the dealership at 7:10 the doors were open so I walked in to speak to a staff member. I was greeted by a very rude lady who yelled at me and told me they weren’t open yet even though the automatic doors let me in. She very rudely told me I was an early bird and should have dropped my keys off. I tried to apologise and ask for help as I did not know what she was talking about but she just told me to go outside. Afterwards I was greeted by an extremely lovely man who helped me book my car in. He also went through my paperwork with me when I picked my car up and was very nice again. However the rudeness I received when I first entered the dealiership was quite uncalled for I feel the situation could have been handled much better.
