Graham Rahal Performance provides a superb customer service experience. As I set out to find a very special Porsche (Carrera GT), I contacted a number of marque experts. Each was able to source and present a car in an elegant way, but no one could beat the depth of knowledge about the car (both good and bad), transparency regarding any issues, technical expertise or PPF abilities of Graham Rahal Performance. I went to their showroom on a weekend (when they are closed -- I was visiting from out of state) and was met by their Sales Manager, Davis Lloyd. Davis spent three hours with me showing me every aspect of the car I eventually purchased. Graham Rahal, the owner, personally texted and called me daily to provide additional information that I requested and walk me through the process of extra work I asked them to do. Once I purchased their car, they did a fair amount of additional work for me at my request to enhance the car. Their service technician, Mike, who worked on my car, was excellent. His work was completed quickly, correctly and at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with the quality of the work he did and his uncompromising attention to detail. Before transport, I sent my car to Rahal Paint Protection for full body protection with Xpel. Several installers worked on the car simultaneously to expedite completion so that the car could make it on to a transport truck in time for Christmas. The outcome was superb. Prior to transport, I received hundreds of photos of my car showing all of the work completed. Davis personally stayed very late and personally ensured that my very expensive car was loaded properly on the transporter. This level of service is something I have never experienced at this level. I am a firm and loyal supporter of this incredible business for life.
