Kelsey was proactive in sending us listings she thought we might like to see. As she got to know us better she would be fine the types of listings she would suggest. She gave us video tours when we were still living out of state. She was always communicative and punctual. When we had a question that she couldn’t answer she would make the calls and get back to us quickly. Not only was she professional, but she seemed authentically warm and friendly. Even after closing she touched base to see how the move went. Out of five stars we would give her 10!
