When I visited this dealership on Nov 4, 2022, I was gifted with great service by Ian Wenger, Zachary Barstow. In addition, someone on your service team walked out and sat with me in my car when I asked about switching it from celsius to fahrenheit. Ian took much time to get my car ownership transferred to the US so I could access the Lexus phone app. He reviewed the app and other items including my vehicle warranty (4 yr and 6 year based on original ownership beginning Feb 2022 and current miles on my vehicle). All this even though I did not purchase my vehicle from you or any Lexus dealer but from a owner in NY state. Zachary was just kind in every way. During the visit I purchased the TST package. When I left there, I was so happy and excited to be a 1st time Lexus owner - something I saved a long time for. HOWEVER, it's doubtful I will be back as after my car was serviced for the TST package on Nov 9, I was informed that my 2022 Lexus has no warranty whatsoever. ZERO! I am hugely shocked and disappointed in Lexus and not sure why I was not told this upon my visit as it was well known by several that it came from Canada. I have researched on-line and other car manufacturers such as GM and Nissan are supportive and typically honor the warranty of cars from Canada. All I can say is it knocked the wind out of my happiness in owning this car. Hopefully, the car will treat me well, and I will find a local garage vs. dealership to do any work needed. I can't believe I'm driving a very expensive 2022 vehicle with no warranty!!!! Beware!
