After reading other reviews about this dealership I know that others have had similar experiences. I negotiated for 5 hours and decided to leave because they had not budged on the Auto Trader sales price, yet expected me to take 2k less then the Carmax offer I received at another Toyota dealership for my trade in. The sales mgr who had not spoken to me since I arrived approached and stood over me while I was seated and stated there were “complex calculations” involved in a vehicle purchase and trade in. He continued pressuring me to accept less. After I declined he begrudgingly met the Carmax offer. The sign at this dealership that reads “We will match any Carmax offer” needs to be taken down or revised to indicate “we might”. I was told my new truck would be throughly cleaned however it looked no different than it did during the test drive. The water spots on the windshield were so bad I had to use the windshield wipers as I drove home. The tires were sloppily wiped with tire shine and there were smudges, streaks & water spots all over the paint. I called to offer feedback about my experience and was encouraged to leave a message for Christopher Call, GM. After waiting 3 days for a response I sent him an email explaining that because I hadn’t heard from him I would write a review. Suddenly that same day he sent me 2 emails; 1 claiming he never received my message and 1 claiming he called my phone several times but it was out of service. There were no missed calls on my phone. I asked via email that he not contact me again because it was obvious he was merely going through the motions; he had my money. I ask to be spared the platitudes offered to others who have written negative reviews. There is nothing you can say to gloss over the unprofessional, condescending behavior of this sales team with the exception of Jordan who managed the financial transaction. He was friendly, upbeat, and a consummate professional.
