We had an amazing experience with Ford Redlands. We had actually had shopped around and nearly bought a Chevy but after poor customer service we left. Thankfully when we reached out to Ford, Lax responded and was beyond helpful, upfront, and got us an amazing deal for a Ford XLT. The whole company worked with us wanting to maintain social distancing during the pandemic as well. It was 100% the best car buying experience my husband or I have ever experienced. Highly recommend!
