Not only did I have the best car shopping experience, but it was 10x more enjoyable to go through the process with Mel Grata Toyota. Mark B. is probably the nicest/best in the business! Not once did I feel like he was trying to pull one over on me or even pressure me into something. He made us laugh and didn't make us feel stupid when we had stupid questions! We will definitely be going back!
