Adelaide vehicle Centre,
When you live in Mount Gambier, 500km and five hours drive from South Australia’s capital city Adelaide, there are numerous problems that come with trying to find a suitable used car.
Not the least of which is trying to find a vehicle that is your number one brand choice, then of course colour, mileage usage and price all put road blocks in the way of those who live in the country and who are so far away that it makes viewing vehicles an impossibility.
When my wife and I started looking for a vehicle to upgrade our black 2003 Rav 4 Cruiser we were keen to get a late model of the same brand but found that impossible in the country so we turned to the Adelaide Vehicle Centre and to our great luck sales executive Hunter Vincent provided a ray of hope.
Contact initially was over the phone but once we started to get serious about the vehicle, because it fitted into our price range, was 2015 and black which was our preference, Hunter then put together a very in-depth and informative video.
What impressed us was the “warts and all” approach he took in informing us of the car’s qualities but of a few issues, such as the odd scratch.
His honesty and integrity was a breath of fresh air and his knowledge of the car, extended warranty and other matters was of the highest order.
Because the video was so informative, we eventually put down a holding deposit so the vehicle would be available after we travelled the 500km to Adelaide several days later.
When we arrived at the Morphett Vale site we meet Hunter for the first time face-to-face and his personality was equal to his phone manner and his very professional approach impressed us during the day after a test drive, and as paper work, rego and other matters were resolved.
What astounded us both was that Hunter was to turn 19 later in August and his age belies his maturity, particularly in the car industry.
It was a pleasure to do business with him and Adelaide Vehicle Centre certainly has a star in the making in Hunter Vincent and we are sure that he will have a great career.
It is also important to mention that other staff such as Josh in sales and Darren in the main office warmly welcomed us and made us feel right at home during our time there.
We travelled back to Mount Gambier in our “new” Rav 4 and it did not miss a beat and already its shiny black colour has attracted interest from passerby.
I guess the best way to describe how impressed with the manner in which we were treated by Hunter and others, is the fact we named our car “Hunter”.
Well done Hunter and Adelaide Vehicle Centre
