Very friendly and love my ute but vehicle not ready when I went to pick it up, and when signing the contract was told about a dealer charge $125 which was never mentioned was ment to include detailing the car and petrol when ask how much fuel would be put in was told it would be over a half a tank. It was 1/4 under which they did go and put a bit more in but the vehicle wasn't ready and not detailed the screen has makes from the sticky dots they use to put the signs on with and the storage behind the seats very dusty. So for $125 very unimpressed.
Cam was great. Said he would replace broken letters on the tailgate. Sales guy doing the contract not so keen. Ordered replacement letters costing me $46. Windscreen had a chip which was fix or replace. They did fix it but u can still see a small chip and crack. Cam ensures me it is structural safe and does not compromise the windscreen. Car was to be detailed. Not sure would detailed the car but not a great job. Dirt in the tailgate back of the car when u open it. Pulled down the arm rest in the back and half a plastice lollie bag fell out. Half way home the air bag warning light came on. Cam said it doesn't compromise the safety of the car and would just be a sensor. Which requires taking the car to their repairer. Also sales guy keen for me to sign a waiver to cancel out the 2 day cooling of period. Other than that overall very happy with the car. Would use them again.
