Never before have we seen such poor customer service. Tried to buy a vehicle there and ultimately could not reach a deal as they wanted more than other dealers within 3 hours drive. Met one of their salesmen at the winterfest event here in town and talked to a young salesman. He said he would get a deal going again and took our info. He never called back. I called the sales manager Levi and left a message for him to call us, he never called back. We hear they are losing all their employees because they have cut their pay and sales people are treated poorly by the dealership. So, rather then beg them to call us and sell us a car we will go to phoenix and get a better deal. Anderson Management is as poor as I have ever seen in my 50 years! Maybe the management should go get a job at McDonalds to learn service which is what the managers tell the employees if the employees don't like how the dealer operates.
