This was first time buying a car. Tom was what I thought was a huge help. He held the car for me until I was able to get my banking situation figured out. But then whenever I would call the dealership I would never get a call back or any information that was useful. Overall I bought the car because I had fallen in love with it. Not even 2 weeks later my car is in the shop due to a service light that they knew about and turned off instead of fixing. I called the dealership to tell them about it, and they proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do. I would not and will never recommend this lot to any of my friends or family.
I am a Buick lover, but decided to try Acadia. I love my 1st impression when walking into the dealership, didn't get that feeling of being African American and your business is not that important to me. I was greeted, directed to the person I wanted to see and serviced well and in a timely manner. I received what was promised to me and call backs as promised. Tom White was very courteous and professional through the whole process. I would recommend your dealership to anyone, thank you for the experience.
