Wow! Just went to the "soft" opening for Bakn. Thought I' d get a cup of coffee and a couple of slices of, well, you know, bacon.... Instead I ordered the breakfast egg sandwich and, holy cow (or should I say holy pig!) what a great meal! This crazy good sandwich on sourdough bread had two eggs, bacon, Jarlsberg Cheese, Oven Roasted Tomato, and a bunch of other goodies. It also came with home fries on the side. This is NOT your typical breakfast sandwich!
The space is super cool too! (Of course I am a bit biased on that point, since I helped them find and acquire the space!) But what a great job of turning this building into a great looking restaurant.
