I have excellent credit, and your desk offered me ridiculous finance terms. It was actually insulting. I almost walked, but I liked the bike and the salesman. Then the guys started adding other figures that weren’t in the negotiation; sort of like a bait and switch on the figures. You have a great selection, and friendly staff, but your negotiation process is not good. I was prepared to give you a decent profit, and assume you made one, but straight forward negotiations would be a better approach. I wanted to finance, so you could have made money in the back end if you had good faith negotiations.

We purchased the Honda Goodwing, we're very satisfied and happy with the service provided from your associates. Start beginning with your saleperson Andrew, he's very friendly and accommodating. The transaction went very smoothly. We added some accessories to our new bike. Mario from the parts dept is very helpful. Sean assisted us yesterday, when we picked up the bike. He took the time and was very patience to explain to us the detail of all the functions of the bike. My wife found some scratches on the bike and on the seat, Sean immediately assist to fix them. But unfortunately, the very long scratch, about 7 inches long, on the driver seat was not able to fix. That scratch was not there when we purchased the bike. And the thing that we're not happy was the service dept told us that , this will happen because when we try to get on the seat, our shoe will somehow scratch it. This is a very irresponsible comment to me. They did offer to swap the seat but there's no other that can be swap. I just want you to let your service dept know that, they need to be more careful and take good care of customer's good. This is not a bikecycle, it's a $30,000 mtorcycle. Thank you.
