well i still have a bad taste from my 07 335i motor replacement
after 3k. ive seldom been in except for bmw barn burners like
wiring meltdowns on heater wiring and air bag screw ups but as usual the coil pac went out on motor and i purchased replacement the cashier tried to short change me on the purchase i paid with $100 and was given $2.33 change on
$92.67 bill. the money was never moved from counter and i
questioned !!! amount i did finally get correct change .!!!
on top of that bmw knows that these coil pacs on motors are defective have two,alternative replacements. when you find
battery compartment filled with water. or the stereo compartmnet filled with water. shorted out radio. corroded
battery terminal below battery. WTF. the ultimate machine
though i laugh as i due own a 75 bmw boxer r90s silver smoke
and all but two parts are available currently to built and identical
bike from scratch. so they can fix everything 44 years later except rip you off at the register
Hello Gery. I have met with our cashier who deeply regrets the initial error in calculation. This certainly is not something that should have occurred, and we apologize for it. Horrible service, car was returned dirty, foot print on inside of door, problems still not fixed, manager on duty was dismissive of my concerns. Todate car still not fixed
After 7 years of the Rahal BMW experience, I can safely recommend this dealer. I'm always surprised at how the management continually tweaks and improves the service experience. We are extremely pleased with Jaime, our service adviser. They always go the extra mile to double check the car before giving it back.

After 12 years of being a Rahal customer, once again we are impressed with their performance. Last service appointment our Service Adviser Jaime Allen, took the extra step (without being asked) to get the Shop Foreman, Mike to come and listen to me describe a 'noise' coming from the car. The car was serviced and repaired. It runs great and we're shopping for our next one.
I have a review on Google but wanted to leave another one here. We have had our car serviced here multiple times. It is always a pleasure to depend on them to take care of us in such a professional manner. Our service advisor is top notch and kept us in the loop on everything that was going on. The facilities are beautiful and the people are friendly. This place should be a mold for every car dealer to follow. I know that when we are in the market for another car, we will not be looking anywhere else. When we need service on our car, this will be where it goes. Thank you to all the folks at Rahal BMW (& Volvo) for such great care. You have earned lifelong customers.
Had my car in for service about a dozen times in the last 2 years. lots of issues with it. Have had a few issues with the work, they caused more problems that I had to pay to get repaired after a service they performed. Things I thought would be under warranty, was not. They try to get you to do maintenance early that isn't do for 6 months while your there. They changed my oil change interval from when I got the car from 15K miles, to 10K miles, to 8K miles (even though invoice and service manager said it should be 10K). So my oil change costs have doubled.
Brought our car for repair today and we were greeted with friendly & courteous staff. The work was perform in a timely fashion. We appreciate the work and professionalism they've shown to us. Thank you very much. This dealership is the best!
My wife's 2015 BMW had a flat tire and we needed to get it fixed fast. A call to Kim helped us connect to Andrew and from there it was service we had never dreamed of. The type of tire on the car was hard to find. Andrew located one right away and literally within one hour (we live 20 min from the dealership) had our car towed and new tire installed. It is service like this that keeps customers coming back. Awesome job!
