Everything about our whole car buying experience at Bobby Rahal was seamless. Everyone was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Good experience as with the other BMW we bought. But the car was not properly cleaned when I took it over. This is not acceptable.

Excellent. Now Bobby Rahal Mercedes in Wexford sucks. Absolutely the worst deslership. Drove my car without permission. Left me hanging one-quarter of a mile from the dealership with no gas (yup they never replaced my gas after they drove my car without permission) Also left me hanging with two flat tires in WVA and I had MBRACE- thanks Kaby. The management and sales team should be required to be to partake in sales and conduct training.

Maybe they should comedown to the BMW dealership and learn how to treat customers.

Went in for a service call and bought a new car. Everything went smooth.
