Everyone was super friendly and the process was straight forward and quick. We appreciated the sales and finance teams doing as much work as possible behind the scenes to expedite the in-person portion of the process with regards to COVID safety.

Our Salesman, David Teres, is excellent. Very patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He gave me the impression that he wanted me to find the right car rather than focusing on making a sale. They were very busy the day I purchased my car, and took many hours to find the right car, so I didn't get the usual exceptional delivery experience I have gotten in the past with my previous purchase, but I totally understand. It was dark and they were close to closing time. We still went over the necessary things and they offered to have me come back any time to meet with a Genius to review everything I wanted. I will definitely be back for future purchases. Best dealership I have ever worked with.

I had leased the 2018 BMW 4 Series 430i xDrive Gran Couple Turbo in September of 2018. After extensive research, I am still very much attached to my current vehicle, and unwilling to part with it, so I purchased it outright. I have taken very good care of the car, and actually have not seen another one like it. I will continue all service related issues at the dealership, as each and every representative is very courteous and professional.
