Our salesman, Khagen, was a joy to do business with. He answered all of our questions and concerns, and looked into all of our requests. He kept us well informed along the way. All the while, he made us very relaxed with his funny personality.
As my wife mentioned to Travis, we would not have bought a car from Bobby Rahal if we had known Brain Senica (sp?) received credit for selling the car to us. He actually turned us away. He never explained anything to us (Black Book price, etc) - he did not even say he might deal with us regarding the price. He said that price was as is, which we found out was not.
When we first arrived at BR the first time no one stood up, greeted us or approached us... we walked around and finally went to the Service Manager station.
Travis sold us the car, not Brian. Travis also sold my brother's car to him. He was excellent.
Robb, who we worked with re paperwork for buying the car, was excellent. He was friendly, and very efficient.
Justin, the tech person, was nice. I did not ask him to many questions, but he knew the answers to the ones I asked.
I had a great time getting my first car. Shaun Reed made my experience one to remember! From test driving cars in a thunderstorm, to signing endless papers, this one experience i will never forget. At the end of the day, my car was even wrapped with a big red bow.
