there was never any pressure to buy, salesman Russell gave us a fear price on the car we were looking to buy . When we went to pick up the car Russell had everything ready as expected, no problems. Amy, the tech girl, explain all the electronics in the car. Definitely a good experience.

Please know I did not just give all 5 stars to make it quick and easy for me. I started to love Bobby Rahal (the dealerships) over 10 years ago when I bought my first brand new car next door at Acura. This experience was even better. You are not treated better at certain Rahal dealerships than others just because some are “luxury” dealerships. I really don’t understand why other dealerships outside of Bobby Rahal can’t get it right. It really sets you appart and causes no competition for yourselves. Everyone does a great job. Thank you.
