I want to say how impressed I am with the level of customer service at Bobby Rahal Honda. I had my car in yesterday and there was a little mix up where my floor mats got left at the dealership. I notified them and they got back to me promptly. They then hand delivered the mats to my house the next day! The customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond! I have been a customer for many years and this is why I will never buy a car from anyone but Bobby Rahal Honda! Thank you everyone and Happy Thanksgiving!
The first time I had service done at Rahal Honda in Mechanicsburg, Ryan Lomago was my service adviser and he was absolutely fantastic! That was several years ago and still, I make a point to request Ryan when I need to come in for service. He is a very effective communicator in explaining any repairs that are needed, in the past he coordinated a loaner for me when the repairs would carry into the next day, and he is always prompt in responding and providing updates. Ryan does this every time I'm in for service and I would be lost without him. He is a wonderful person and the Rahal Team is lucky to have him!
Also, a big thank you to Trey in Service for giving me a lift to work, today! His customer service is ON POINT and the Rahal Team is lucky to have him!
I brought my car in for an oil change today. Without me asking they swept out my car and washed it. I am 33 weeks pregnant so that small gesture was very much appreciated!! Great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I called to schedule an appointment, the woman (sorry can't remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. I dropped my car off on Sunday evening and received a call from Pete around 10 a.m. Monday saying that my car was ready to be picked up. He explained all of the service and quoted my price. My vehicle looks great...washed and waxed. It's a 2009 Honda Accord and looks brand new. Thanks to all of you...great job!

From the minute I walked in the doors I felt like I was at a friends house.
The people were welcoming, friendly, and all around wonderful.
Honestly the best service experience I have ever had at a dealership.
I have been to this dealership several times within the past couple of years, and I have to say, this dealership is literally the greatest place ever. I'm not kidding, I look FORWARD to going here because of how wonderful the people are here. They are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to help you out. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get repairs done on their Honda.
Denny Lettich does and excellent job in your service department. I have used him as my Service Advisor for years. When ever I am in need of any service, he is always there to assist and offer advice.
He is one of the reasons I continue to purchase Honda's.
