The CRV was rated slightly higher than the RAV4 that I considered. Since Rahal Toyota gave me excellent service I expect the same from Rahal Honda. Also the RAV4 base model had a safety feature that I did not want. If you were doing 50 and something stepped in front of the car, it would automatically slow to 25. If my reflexes get to slow to stop the car, then it is time for me to quit driving!
My lease was up and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Corey Weaver is very helpful, explains everything and he helped me with my last lease. Great guy!

It was a highly satisfactory experience, like all other visits to the dealership.
Calls to service department go many rings and sometimes many calls before I get an answer. This was not true when you had many people in the service department answering the phones. Seems the consolidation of service personnel might be the cause??
